New log-in method on the RoM website

Dear players,

In the past, some of you might have experienced problems logging on the Runes of Magic website. We had investigated the issue and we are happy to announce that from next week on we will allow you to log in with your account name and password, as well as with the existing combination of email address and password.

We will keep you informed when this option will be enabled.

In the case of any problems during log-in please contact our Support.

Dear Community,

as we already commented previously, we encountered that players had several login problems on the website, especially those that have multiple accounts registered with the same email address. We informed you about the new login method and this is now available.

From now on, you can log in by introducing your Account Name in the email field. Of course, the old login combination of Email & Password is still available.

Don’t forget to select the right country in the website. ;)
