Cant logg in

So I have not played in a very long time but would like to start again. So after all the patching I tryed to log in and it told me my account was suspended! It also told me to contact support at game forge so i did. Well game forge wont help me I don't remember my password and when i click the "forgot password" button and type in my email nothing happens. Ive clicked it many times and waited for their reply but nothing. Is there any other way to un suspend my account also why did i even get suspend in the first place? have not logged in for a very long time could that be it? Well thanks for any and all help.

If you have issues with a suspended account then it is best to remain in contact with support to get it resolved, provide any information they ask for and try to give them ample time to verify all of it.

It may take some time to get an answer about your account but hang in there and work with support as best as you can, I wish you good luck with your account issue and I hope you get everything resolved to your satisfaction.

Since discussing suspensions on the forum is not allowed I will be closing this thread after this post, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Majik may not have noticed this bit, have you re-registered with the Support site? It changed a wee while back and if you've not playerd for a long time, this would explain why you cannot access it. Remember to use the same email address as your game account.
