Hi just wondered what the turn around time was for support tickets. Have a account Locked one of the Toon names is Gotscrewed. Im on another account in game if you would like to talk to me Directly US server Artemis Toon Bekan. Any reply would be awesome. Depends on the queue thats going on.. can take a day up to a month. You can always see if there is a GM or CM on the IRC chat room, it can help some depending on the ticket, but its up to them. I know the feeling of not wanting to start all over :)

lol yea. sucks sometimes. but priority goes for I think their new "hackers/ botters" tickets.. and then bugs. I dont know how hi the "locked out of my account" ones go.. try the IRC .. they are on now. well some
