Still unable to get past the loading character data screen, and now it is not even asking me for my 2nd password. It is going straight from inputting 1st password to loading character data...

if you try and log back in(on same comp ofc) fast enough after exiting, it will bypass 2ndary PW...thats normal

As Beren posted a little while ago, there is no more we can do to resolve these issues tonight. As soon as the staff arrive for work in the morning in Germany, they will work on fixing the problems at hand.

We will keep everybody informed on the latest developments.

Artemis stuck in character loading

Artemis server appears to be hit again with the problem of getting stuck with the character loading message.

The team is aware of the current situation and are investigating.

Yes it is. Been this way for almost an hour for me. Was in game and ROM stopped responding when I recalled to Heff. Haven't been able to get back in since.

Just tried but still getting stuck at character message. I'll remain optimistic and keep my fingers crossed it will work for me soon.


It looks like a small rollback occurred on Artemis when it was restarted. Things I did in game during the hour or so before the restart have been undone.

Artemis login problem fixed but...

So I log in as I know things got taken care of in Germany; however, they rolled things back. Not far, but far enough that I lost use of the potion for extra Exp/TP from doing dailes as it expired and not far enough that I still had the potion. Would appreciate getting it back or at least the TP I lost from having to redo the 10 daily quests with that potion which I lost.

After logging back in, I noticed that the black bar event NPC's are no longer where they were (and presumably nowhere to be found). I really liked having the event, would love to have the npc's back to complete it if possible. Thanks
