World map won't show me quests

I've checked to make sure I'm showing all available quests, etc.

It just won't show anything, where to give finished quests, where to get new quests. I definitely don't have too many quests, I have only 15 maybe. My mini-map still shows all the check marks and exclamation points etc...

What can I do to solve this?

Open your map (M), click the Setup button on the upper right window frame, mouse down to quest display options, then uncheck Hide Low Level Quests.

Try restarting computer. It has worked for me in the past with same problem.
