Secondary Password Cant reset etc.

So have not played for a while, got everything all set, changed region etc. logged into game. then it asks for secondary password which I have long forgotten. When I try to reset it there is no place to change it. And the Forum gives a link to support which does not work. On top of that I cannot log into support with my email/username and password - simply says wrong password. If I try to recover it says Due to security we cant tell you if we recognize that email and I dont get anything in my email address .Suggestions please.

Edit: Ok did not realize you had to register for support service as well, so that parts fixed but still cant log in as no secondary password. Contacted support awaiting answer.
