Login down for Artemis

I was in-game and tried to use the mail. It said, "You cannot do this." Further tries got another response, "You still cannot do this."

So I exited the game, thinking that I had teleported too much and ROM had overloaded my computer. Restarting the game, even after 10 minutes, leads to loading character data screen without benefit of asking for 2nd password. It stays stuck there at the loading character data screen.

I know that if u relog quickly after quitting, the 2nd password is not necessary, but if u wait 10 minutes (probably less, don't want to know and haven't checked) the 2nd password again becomes necessary. It is skipping this step.



Now that I think about it, I did no teleporting; so that shouldn't have been the problem, gahh, wish I had thought of that b4 I exited the game.

After seeing this went to check - my toon logged in normally, but there was a bit more lag than usual during the process.

...and seeing world chat I'm guessing there may be some other associated issues afoot - someone's complaining about not being able to set up auctions properly.

The screen is remaining at the loading character data for artemis. I can enter reni without issues.

We have had no other issues reported, so it seems this has been addressed.

That said, I will keep this thread open in case other problems arise.

character data not loading

I see information concerning this issue from yesterday and do realize that most of you are on Central European time however this is US site and is happening again Today at totally different time then stated in Posts. So I just wanted to make sure you are aware of issue and that it is not an isolated issue for me. Thanks

I get stuck at the character data load. It seems that the house zone is not open, so if you logged off in your house(which I normally do), you will get stuck at the character data load.

I am currently online, but many are still having stuck at loading character issues.
IT is aware of what is happening and are trying there best to fix it.

UPDATE:

After checking all zones, mail, etc...it seems all is back to normal.

I have the same issue and after a first attempt to fix it, Beren said that SaitoHajime has the tool needed reset these characters and can do it in the morning. I'd let the GMs on IRC know if your having problems.
