May 2014 and it's still crashing

Can we not get some kind of fix for this? I've got all the settings as low as they will go. Just spent 10 days getting all my drivers' updated, fixed registry and optimized my system, just to come back and crash some more. Then I get this little error report that I send in every time, but still nothing is done about it. Don't have us send a report when all it's going to get is ignored. We don't need to be patronized, we need this problem fixed. Why have all these great graphics if we have to play the game on the lowest settings. My system way surpasses the maximum requirements to play this game. All I can say is "Thank goodness" I'm not paying for this headache. :dash:

It's either because they don't know how to fix it or have zero clue what the problem is. The core of the problem is the awful coding of the game. This is evident everytime an event from last year is put and players can tell you exactly what bugs are going to happen. Old code will never get fixed, just rehashed over and over making the systemic problem worse each time.

There is no actual tech support issue here, is there?
-- Rustyx --- 92R / 92S / 92M on Reni (Guild KnightShift). Yes, running the new FOTM R/M, cause I am not elf enough to be WD/S.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

For tech support, please open a support ticket.

I think it has been discussed a few times, game has a horrible memory leak, leading to a lot of the problems. RW, the programmers, have yet to fix this issue in newly released games, so it is either an intrinsic problem with the engine... or they just made the same mistakes again... or they have no clue how to fix it.

Poor GF, I feel bad for them that RW doesn't seem to care or have the ability to fix it.

Lot of people don't bother pressing the Send Report button cause it stops you opening a new client for a long time. That send report features needs to run in the background and allow a new client to be open asap. If it did that more people would use it.

And still those reports would be ignored, the same as everything else.

Pretty sure those reports don't even go anywhere valid, probably like the old bug report that was in game before that they had to remove.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.
