Verbal Orders quest not working.

Verbal Orders quest in Redhill mountains with Katin Iron fist isn't working from some reason. You pick the option "get closer to his beard" and he whispers you "Remember this. Be sure you don't forget it." with literally nothing after that... -.- Then you go to the other guy ur supposed to turn it into, and there's no option to speak to him about the so called orders I'm not supposed to forget.

I vaguely remember having to drop the quest and re-take it to get it to work. I know I had issue with it.
