Recovering old account?

So just a quick question, I used to play this game years ago, around 4 years about. If I remember correctly, my character had some pretty nice gear on him and I even spent a good amount of money on diamonds at one point. I am curious, is there any way to help me find my old account info, all I know is my user name? I am gonna be a little bummed if I have to start all the way back at level 1 because my guy was level 55 warrior/mage. any ideas?

Send in a ticket to support with Username and Server. They'll then get you to ask some 30 odd questions about your account (hope your memory is good) to confirm a change in email without access to the original email.

This question would be best directed to support. You can find a link in my signature.

Customer support will ask you things like:

Previous email address that might have been used on the account
Account Name if you remember it
Character names
levels, classes, equipments
Any payment information you can remember

Make sure to have as much information as you can to expedite the process. :)
