1) Remove name of player. Not allowed.

2) Screenshot whatever evidence seems most appropriate and file ticket with the evidence.

3) You can't press charges, but if GF rules that there is abuse of you, she would get some kind of suspension.

4) Blacklist is your friend. Ultimate Blacklist addon is more so.

5) Wall of text makes what you say hardly readable. Organize your thoughts before posting, break your argument into paragraphs and make them little less ranty. Well, a lot less.

thank you i just want this person to stop being rude to me i don't wanna hear from this person. I will see to it i get screen shots I just don't want to feel like i am being disrespected in a game I enjoy. I understand you as a company need to make money and i don't want to stop contributing because someone makes it hard for me to enjoy the game you being the creators worked so hard to make. do you know where i can find a moderator in game to maybe settle it out in game like can the mod have us talk to each other in a party so we can help each other understand this really isn't okay?

While GMs can, and do, visit game, they don't resolve issues like that, as far as I know. Maybe if there is a public world shout flame war, but many times not even then. Ticket (you can find link to Support on top of forum navigation bar) is best way to go.

RustyX is wise indeed. Gather as much info as possible and file a ticket with Customer Support. From there, we can investigate and take any necessary actions.

If a person was being abusive I wouldn't want to just blacklist them. I would want them banned. Definitely file a report if you are being harassed on a regular basis. That's more than just trolling.
