I need help with contacting support

Not sure where to put this thread. Hear is my situation i try to login to my account and it tells me to contact support, but when i use the login ID and password for customer support it does not recognize my ID and password. What am i doing wrong shouldn't contacting support be the same login info as when you buy diamonds?

IIRC, support site needs separate registration.

vfwiffo is correct.

Support site needs a separate registration procedure but you can (and should) use your Runes of Magic account email address to register an account with support.
