Here we go again Stuck in Character Loading

Issue is on Artemis server. Issues have been talked about for over hour on server and then I got booted to sign in screen. Do not see where this is reported here or being addressed. Want to let you guys know hope we get some assistance with getting back on. No longer holding out for a resolution to the Issue. X(



Late Breaking Update: now whole server is un-available. This is not assistance getting on

Govinda is now in the same state. Stuck at loading screen.
All chat channels / AH / Mail dead.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

See no one from Rom is yet replying. Now can get on was sent to area I was in an hour or more ago, still no House, Guild Castle, AH, or Mail. Oh and we have 1 Channel, Go Team :beer:

We are aware of the issues on servers: Artemis, Indigo and Govinda and they have been reported. Sit tight, we hope to have resolution soon. :)

Especially since even those that were stuck in game could not even use the itemshop on the afflicted servers.

Artemis login is not working........charaters are coming up but enter world button is not doing anything.


So what, it is been 16 hours now. even the business hours are closed and still can't login. and this and one other post were the only information I could find. and they still say we will fix it.

For a game where you pay to play...management is awefull..It is okey if there are problems with the server and such but not even giving information.

Oh noes my server in eu was playing up just before, mail and ah and getting memory warnings despite having plenty then crash. Also our character change screen was laggy as hell or crashing.......not good sigh. Was gonna make US account as well.

if your "Enter World" button does not do anything after clicking either come to the IRC Chat (use the button on the forum home up there) and ask for one of us GMs , or open a ticket. There shouldn't be any other connection issue to Artemis at the moment unless your ISP would have routing problems, but then you couldn't even connect to the game at all ;-)
