Zone is not open - House

Well, that's it: the house zone is not open. There may be other zones not open too. I don't go to a lot of zones anymore so would have no clue about them; but the house zone is one of my most-used zones, with several of my toons always logged off in their house for one reason of another.

Please fix this, I need the storage space if for nothing else. Artemis server.
