Runes of Magic US / AU

Ever since the release of the new festival/latest patch i havent been able to open runes of magic
At first I patched to 100% then clicked Play but was given a "your version doenst match the server" message
next I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
Patched and got the same message
I uninstalled again and this time copy and pasted the game from a friend's comp
new message is: Download http://rom-enus-patch.runewalker.com/patch:80verson .txt fail!
connection error please check you firewall settings/ network
So checked firewall and allowed access
same message appeared
then i completely disabled firewall to try again
same message appeared

I also tried copy and pasting the game to a sandisk but got the same error message
help?
