Redeem Code still not functioning

Come on, please fix the Redeem Code part of us.runesofmagic.com, =(. I have bonus items on Zeevex and the maintainers of Zeevex only keep them in your account for so long then they're gone. I could really use those marking inks and transportation stones, thanks!

The support personnel enter the code in manually to generate the in-game voucher id/password, rather than allowing players to do it themselves. Apparently there was some sort of abuse of the system (who knew?) I suggest redeeming in bulk and storing the items so you have them when you need them -- ifyou run out, you will have to wait 1-2 business days before support emails you the in game information.

when you send in a ticket... do you get the Voucher ID/PAssword sent to you? or are the adventure packs sent right to your toon in rom ?
