Spirit Cores in Infernal Gardens missing on Osha

The Spirit Cores in the Infernal Gardens of Osha are missing.

My alt needs them to complete the 'Provide Assistance' quest.

There is only 1 channel there, cant check other channels

The restart earlier today probably didn't redo the spirit cores. They should be back after maintenance overnight on the 23rd.
