To file a ticket with Customer Support, you first need to register at their site. This is why you cannot log in there with your game account or forum details.
Your problem appears to be a Region/Language settings issue:
- You may have your game client set to the wrong region.
- On the Runes of Magic Launcher, please click the big red "Region/Language" button at the bottom and select "Europe" for the European servers, "USA" for the US servers and "Australia" for the Australian server.
- You can also set your client language to whichever you prefer.
- Since the different game regions use different account databases, you cannot register on the European website and play on the US servers. You will need to register a game account on the website of your choice and then play on that region servers.
- You can re-register on other regions to play on those servers too, but each region will require a different email address and game accounts and/or characters are not transferable from one region to another.
