i keep falling through the floor

As the title says every time I go into a cave i fall through the floor close to the mouth of the cave or at some point while in the cave and i am free falling and it's like i am under the map and all i can do is use the stuck report button to be sent to the nearest revival point. it also happens when i am walking across some of the wooden walk ways of the tiktaalik but i don't fall under the map i just get stuck for a bit till i wiggle out. it happens when i am going up some of the up ramps. i am in weeping coast and it also happens when i try to go up the side of a hill like buy the guards outpost near mud pond village. Is it just me or is it happening to anyone else in the game i think the game is buggy as an ant hill it's only been happening since the new festival patch what can i do to not fall through the floor it happens weather i'm on my mount or not. this is getting annoying i fell threw the floor as i was going to the cave to finish the quest where u have to talk to the tiktaalik priest. this is getting so annoying.

We keep trying to reach Runewaker, unfortunately today they got 103. National Day and are not available. We are not sure if they are reachable during weekend, so in worst case they deliver a fix not before next week. If I get news I inform you.

Thalia server same issue, falling through floor and dieing a lot. Morfan near impossible to leave 1st boss room, outside of morfan instance you disappear under ground, transporting you sometimes die, Spider Queen Mandara fall to death or get stuck in floor at the stairs.

Many locations are dangerous on or off mounts.

That doesn't seem that sensible, doing a major update and then having the weekend break directly after. Why not deliver it on monday or wednesday? Nobody has been able to play properly during the weekend which means no topping up, players leaving, new players being completely put off by a broken looking game. I sent tech support tickets and they just lied to me saying IT department had been notified and it had been fixed :/

Most of supports replies are copy and pasted which probably explains why you got that response. Once got a support response for s completely different topic where they had copy and pasted the wrong thing

We all knew they would need a patch to fix this issue. Also people work from monday to friday usually, regular business hours, unless you work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day? ;-)

Whether in an instance or just questing, anything with a set of stairs on an incline seems to be bugged so toons are falling through the world. I had a fun time running under gg last night. i could only t-storm them since they were always out of my line of sight according to the red writing on the screen.

@cenre: Oh lol :/ is it usually better to report bugs on the forums rather than with a ticket then? other than that the ticket system has been helpful with my noob questions tbf.

@zidlef: hmm... did we get crossed wires somewhere? i wasn't referring to the fact they had a weekend break, merely that they decided to implement a big new update right before it.

I am really glad they've fixed this in the maintenance though. Thank you runewaker.

I would always report bugs on forum rather then support. On forum grimthar is very good at reporting and/or testing them.
