Account suspended

Hey there! I haven't played this game in probably 2 years. I thought I would check it out and see what is new. However when I try to login.. none of my accounts seem to be working. If I could get a GM to message me so I can figure out a few things that would be great. I registered this account and I cannot use the info to make a ticket...

Check your region settings,I had this a little while ago.the launcher is set to eu by default.
Also support account is completely different account.

What you can do is create a new support account, and just bring them your issue through that. You will most likely be asked several questions that only the account creator should know, so you can then prove who you are. From there your issue can hopefully be resolved :o

Every other thread I see like this on the forums usually is usually just answered with 'open a ticket'. Because the details of accounts can't be discussed on open forums. So hopefully making a new support account can work for you ^.^

Also, as timthum said, depending on the 'error' message you are receiving while attempting to log in, it could simply mean you are trying to log into the wrong servers/region.

I registered this account and I cannot use the info to make a ticket...

The Support site exists on a separate account database and you must also 'register' there to make a ticket.

Be sure to use the same email address you used for your game account.

I don't understand why there isn't a forgot your password option for the game... I feel like their used to be.

Depending on what error? account suspended is the error.
Just thought I would see what's new since level 72 cap.
Screw it.. not that important... guess they don't care if people come back.

If it says account suspended and you didn't leave after getting banned, it could be possible that a gold spammer had hacked your account, causing it to get banned. Like the above have stated, make a support account with the email address you used to create your game account. Or, if you don't remember that email, you can get it changed by answering a few questions they ask you that only you should know, and then it would be possible to inquire with a ticket why your account is suspended. They don't ban accounts without reason to, so if your account is banned, either you left after getting banned, or someone hacked it and got it banned (such as when we had gold spammers in world when diamonds were put back into the AH [diamonds are no longer in the AH again]).

gold spammers never stopped between having diamonds in the ah and not having them... I remember that clearly... diamonds in the ah has nothing to do with gold spammers. Never has, never will... games that don't even have cash shops have gold spammers.... amazing that they haven't figured that out yet.

When I go to the support site.. It doesn't recognize my password or my email after I h ave registered.. I have tried it now with 2 emails.. both times it acts like I have the wrong info. Now we can keep on telling me to register for stuff that I have already done... OR a moderator or someone else from the company can contact me and help me figure this issue out...

As far as I remember back when I started here in Chapter 3-4, there was never a "Forgot Password" option directly in game. I could be wrong, but it's not something I remember.

As for the gold spammers - you are correct, they have never stopped, and it's likely that nothing ANY game can do can make them stop forever, but we have taken steps to try or suppress them, such as how you mentioned, removing the diamonds from the Auction House. That solved the problem it set out to do - removing the ability for the gold spammers to spam over world chat using megaphones bought with diamonds on the Auction House. Note: I've not seen a single gold spammer in world chat since, so removing the diamonds from the AH solved the problem that it was intended to solve.

As for your support account and game account - it is done this way to protect your game account. We cannot access your game account information through the forums, nor can we with your support account. To receive support you must file a ticket using your support account. Make sure you're registering for your support account here: http://support.us.runesofmagic.gameforge.com/ and verify said account through your email address. If you don't click the link in your email, the support account can not be logged into.
