Surprise attack quest

Hello,
First, I can't send ticket through support section because its not accepting my mail and password. What can I do to solve this?
Second, I'm stuck at morrok quest chain's bugged quest "surprise attack". Can someone please help me? I'm playing in Artemis server, character name is Kteppei

You have to make a new account for support and register it to your email account used for your in game account, then you can send a support ticket giving as much detail as possible.

Worth noting that you can also complete this if you retake the quest enough times.

Correct. Currently the Surprise Attack quest is bugged. Support can help you. Make a new account using the email address on your game account to submit a ticket. Let support know the affected character, the quest and the server and they can help you through it.

side note: The bug has been reported to the developer several times and we expect resolution soon.

I also have had luck dropping and repeating it over and over and over again. Last time took more than 20 tries, but once I had my ticket in to support... it worked.
