Runes of Magic US / AU

I am trying to reactivate a VERY old and non used during that time account.

I downloaded the 6.0.6 client and then patched it up to full. I was able to get logged into the user account and password when I went to Osha I then saw my character that I had left in the background and it was asking for a SECONDARY password. I have tried all the ones I thought it could be. I have now blocked out my character for an hour with 5 bad tries.

Before I locked it out I was able to go to http://us.runesofmagic.gameforge.com/user/administration and request a secondary password change. That then sent me an e-mail which in turn had a link saying I needed to click on it. This took me to a URL http://us.runesofmagic.gameforge.com/user/authresetsecondarypassword/lonhgrandomhexnumberwhere it says in bold white letters SECONDARY PASSWORD RESET! but then there is no e-mail back to me. So if the password is reset what is it reset TO? Shouldn't there be some kind of secondary e-mail telling me what it is reset to? Or a field for me to modify the secondary password in some way? What needs to be done to get my long unused and definitely not remembered secondary password on Osha server reset?



Seems I have my account, my account password, my forum id, my forum ID password, and my e-mail account still all linked and working yet somehow this secondary password it not allowing to be reset?

Thanks! I just logged in and see its asking me to make a new one. It would be nice for this blurb to be on the secondary password reset page to notify users that they have to log out and back in for it to take effect. Just a thought for future clarity to users. When you have different systems acting different it can get confusing. I appreciate the information.
