Connection issues part 2

I posted a few minutes ago in the original thread that I was getting booted every 5 minutes, and it was suggested that I reboot my router (modem and router have been rebooted a dozen times at least since this problem began) and to post results from WinMTR. I tried posting on the original thread several times, but each time I tried, I would get logged out of the board. Not sure what is happening there, but here's the results I got:

(Edited to get the columns somewhat lined up so it was readable.)

The problem before was that the path to server was being interrupted. Happened to lots of people. It showed up on tracerts, but yours doesn't have a disconnect. You seem to have run it long enough to probably capture at least one event of getting kicked to login.

Just to confirm, you're having kick to login problems, not to character selection or crash to desktop?

Also, your work to straighten up the columns is great, it's nicely readable, but could be more simply done by using the 'insert code' tool.

Ya, the problem here is being booted to login. If my toon is just standing somewhere doing nothing, I can stay connected for quite a while. But as soon as I go do anything where data needs to be retrieved, I'll get booted after a few minutes. I tried running around killing mobs as fast as I could to keep data moving, and what I found was that doing this would result in being booted at almost exactly every 5 minutes.

When I ran the MTR test, I didn't notice a complete disconnect on any of the nodes, but I did have someone talking to me for a minute or so while I was running the test, so I could have missed it. The only thing I really noticed was that one node losing 7%. Maybe I'll try running it again.

I know no one 'really' wants to try this, but i was pretty frustrated with all the huge pings and disconnects as well, so I uninstalled rom from my comp, and redid the download. I havent had issues since. I dont know if i got a bad patch or something got fixed, but no more ping spikes or disconnects.

I have already tried re-installing the game. It made no difference. I tried getting back on the game today, and it's still happening, just like it was before.

This started happening to me right after the last patch, and I was suspicious that the patch might have been corrupted, so I uninstalled and re-installed. Actually have done it twice now. No difference.
