Runes of Magic US / AU

today i opened the game and it downloaded the patch 6.2.0.2726 and as it was patching and updating a window came up with a little caution symbol u know a little yellow triangle upside down and i couldn't read it as it was in an asian language so i just clicked ok then another window came up with winrar but that was also in the same language and i didn't know what do do so i just closed with the red x and the game finished patching but now when i try to log into the game i get a window that says your version is different from the server: please update your version. i clicked confirm and tryed again with the same result what do i do to fix this? i don't know what to do please help so i can play again soon and thanks to anyone who reads this also i am on osha server if that matters in this issue.

the strange thing is that i ddont have winrar downloaded or at least i dont remember downloading it and also when its patching it seams to work but strangely the little patch window comes up the one that pops up after the top percent bar gets to 100% and the window comes up but as it is patching eventually that last little window comes up in chinese or what ever and when i click on ok a wiwrar window looking thing comes up and has chinese words and i copied it to google translate and it was just saying something like client exe cant be opened or something like that but when i looked at the patch windoe it says its trying to patch a file called other and when i looked in the runes of magic folder in my c drive there is a file called other with a winrar icon u know like books in an open box but after the patch is done and the next onhe starts the other file with the winrar icon is gon but comes back again as the net patch inslates and also now there is a file on my desktop called patchlog that was not there before and it also has a bunch of chinese but google translate cant translate it properly and it is gibberish the first pic is the patch window and it shows copying other and the percent is .00% witch is wierd cause the program gets mostly done patching before it starts coping other and the second window is the winrar window that comes up after i click ok on the other chinese window but when i search for winrar its not on my pc also the third is the patch log i think i added it right i just added a pic of it but not the whole log just part of it to show what i mean im not sure what to do now but keep patching and hope it works cause as the next patch downloads the file named other is not in my rom folder but it shows up as rom patches also a little window opens that says patching wdb not sure if this is suposed to happen or not

thanks for trying to help but i cant find an x86 folder in the program files or anywhere and i don't know what to do. i have tryed patching from an earlier patch i started the process yesterday at about 1 or 2 in the afternoon and it just finished and it still says my version is different from the server please update my version. it was doing the same wierd thing with the winrar thing and i dont have winrar downloaded and thge file name is other and it opens with chinese language on the page and the ok and cancel buttons are also in chinese but a fiew times the buttons were just 3 or 4 question marks in a row on the button insted of words like this ???? like that for the button name i dont jnow what to do short of reinstaling tyhe whole game witch will take a really long time at least 3 or 4 days to do it cause my pc runs slow whenever this game is consernedand i dont know why as i have better then the min specs recommended for the game but i dont know what to do please if anyone knows what to do its really frustrating that i cant even get on to play cause i have been playing since chapter 2 release and i dont know what to do.
