Returning Player, cant log in

I dont know how long it has been, I am a returning player and I switched my email and password to my new email, and reset my secondary password. But when I try and log on i get the "Account or Password Error" message, and I get similar when I try and TRY and submit a ticket to get the answer to this, Im just trying to log in, I tried the whole thing with the file for EU and US servers and it didnt do anything, please respond. Thank you,

Remember that the default region is EU so make sure that the client is set to US region.
Support account is a separate account than the game account.
