account lock out

ok HELP I have entered my 2nd password incorrectly and tried to hit forgot password but there had been no e-mail sent to the address. When I tried to go to support it was not accepting my user name and password, This has been a very frustrating experience!

support requires you to make a new account using the same email linked to your ingame account.

It's possible that you have been asking the EU website to send you your password reset. This would probably result in exactly what you have experienced: no email and no change in password.

Just to clarify: you've managed to enter your primary password correctly? Or are you seeing a 'Account or Password Error' when you try to use your primary password.

Be sure that you have set the region on the launcher to US and not EU (default). This could be the cause of your headache.

yes my primary password works perfectly I have even sent for a password reset but it is STILL asking for my secondary password.!!!
