Have been trying to get back into the game but the account is blocked?
Can an administrator plz unblock it for me?

If your account is genuinely blocked, you'll have to submit a ticket to support.us.runesofmagic.com listing the account name, with the correct account email used in the ticket.

If you've been absent for some time, please check that the region of your client launcher is set to US. It defaults to EU.

I placed my email address and the pw and it keeps telling me the 'data is incorrect'.
I tried 2x to get a new pw for the old email address to see if that would help, but a return mail does not come back.

wait.... didn't know i needed to register with the service first to make a ticket so i send it though and it worked.... now waiting for an answer...

"Account or Password" Error - Region Error

Hello all-

With the upcoming server merges, many absent players are attempting to retrieve their accounts. Quite a few of these actually do remember their login information, which is great! ... but they run afoul of the region selection on the game launcher.

If you have seen the error "Account or Password Error", and most especially if you have seen it even after attempting to reset your password, then you are probably experiencing a region error.

Interestingly, account names are specific to region. For example, there may be two accounts named JoeBobJim, one in US/AU and one in EU. If a player is attempting to log into the wrong region and happens to hit upon an account which is banned, then they may see an error "Account banned please contact support". Checking for a region error is also a good first troubleshooting step in this case as well.

If in the end none of this helps and you must submit a ticket for account retrieval, then be sure to submit it to the US support site and not the EU one.

That sounds like you haven't registered a Support account yet. If you click the 'Register' link on the Support site, you should manage to get in.
(When registering, it will speed things up if you use the same email address you used to register to play the game.)

I can log into the game fine, but I cant log into the homepage or forums on my other account as I have lost the email account assosiated with that account.

So how can I from in game change my email account? Dont think I can buy diamonds at all without those details

If you know your account name, then you can submit a ticket to support and request a change. Since your support email will not be the same as your account you cannot access, the GMs will have to verify that you ate actually the owner of that account through some questions. Make sure you link the email you want it changed to wit your support account. You can also request a password change through super if you do not know it.

All good, I had a dig around and found the details. I forgot that account along with my main is banned from the forums. Its been 2 years time flies....
Everybody with 2 brain cells can come into the forums and make up a story within 10 minutes about how they got banned for nothing.

Also if your account is originally from Thalia, AU is not in the drop down so you will need to use http://au.runesofmagic.gameforge.com/news/index to log into your account information.

My account has been blocked please help

Hi I am a returning player to the game and I tried to log into my account with my old passwords a couple times and now it says my account has been blocked, I did a password reset but it wont let it work and says its still blocked can someone please unblock my account thank you.

I set it to USA and I was able to log-in, thanks. Now I can't remember my second password, I have not played in 2 years or so. And i reset my second password, guess the problem is fixed thanks.
