Contacting Support

I have tried to contact customer support because I am trying to come back to the game. Took some time off. I get a message that my account has been suspended. I try and reach customer support and it says multiple accounts have my email address? :pillepalle: Strange. I then put in my email and password (which I know are right. I am logged into the forums right now) and it keeps refusing it. Any help?

Depending on how long ago you were playing, you will need to create a support account using the same email as your rom account. If it says that your email is currently in use when trying to create the support account, and trying to use the forgotten password option does not work, it would probably be best to create a support account with a different email, and question about the support account, or have your RoM account moved to the new email address. Of course, going this way will take a bit of time as the GMs will need to verify that you are indeed the account owner by asking a few questions that only the account owner would know.

Thanks for the replies and suggestion Zerienga. I made an account for support and am working through the issue. Seems I did not have the right region selected for my game client. Now I am stuck at wrong password. How many account do you need for this game? 1 for forums, 1 for support and 1 for the game? Or am I off in my count.
