Palenque Down??

I just got booted out of the game and when I try to get back I am getting " Connection lost, please check connection or firewall settings. I normally only get this message when there is maintenance being done. I don't think there was maintenance scheduled for this morning was there?

Don't worry about it.

Something is wrong with the log in servers, so the only thing you can do right now is to.. wait.. Until GF gets them back online. This might take a bit though.

So, nothing ever randomly stops working? I don't think so. Give them time to figure out what the issue is and fix it.

No news has been shared because there's no news to give, other than the Sysadmins are working on it and it's a big technical issue. When we have any news to share we will. Saito already posted that problems were occurring here: US/AU -- Technical problems with the Login - April 3rd 2015

I missed the post as well but there is one here, of course it is Easter and we want to play RoM and it's annoying but I just worked for a few hours instead. GF will eventually get servers back, in the meantime, I just take it as a hint to get other things done (ya know the stuff we put off b/c we are gaming instead) :pinch:

So RoM was hacked.


If I had to guess, this is gonna be one of those issues where we don't get a fix until maintenance Tuesday morning, being that it's not only a weekend and a holiday, but also Gameforge.. But I guess we'll see.

So for however many days RoM is offline on the US side, are we gonna get an ADDITIONAL increase in time for anniversary stuff? Because as far as has been announced, EU side is still just fine, going about their daily RoM lives.

Seems to me that would be an unfair advantage if we were not given additional time should it be a day or more US/AU is offline.

Of course, if I had to guess, the copy/paste GM response for the above asked question will be: "We have no freaking clue"
