Black bar Event NPC's won't take my black bars!!!

Not sure where to put this one...

BUT for some people the black bar NPC's will not allow you to trade at all... Saying you have already completed the event for today.
YES we are talking about different accounts/toons that have not done event on any of the characters on the account.

Yes I've encountered this problem as well. It's a real issue.

many on EU had the same issue, when the npcs reset it will fix it for the chars that had it bugged, but ofc still doesnt solve the fact that alot of chars encountered this issue. friend had 9/19 chars bug.. bad luck maybe or just something in common for all that broke it, hopefully gameforge manage to do something to compensate the players who had this issue.

but yes, it is a known issue.

I just finished running ZS and i cannot talk to any of the NPCs...they do not let me trade the black bars even tho I have not talked to them at all today.

Having the same problem on Osha Eve refusing to work and wont take my black bars says she closed for the day

Yup. This is happening to me on a few characters I've tried. It worked on 2 then after that I couldn't get it to work on any other toons.

The big question is if the problem persist tomorrow. If something didn't get reset properly on 1st day, that is regrettable, but considering that the event was a rush job on a busy week, understandable. But if reset tonight does not reset for everyone, people will be peeved.

I just logged in on my main character, Mongosmash, and I couldn't turn in for poms. The problem is still there and I'm missing out on poms...

Will we be getting the poms that we missed out on or is it just a "well sorry our stuff is broken you're out of luck" kind of situation?

Hopefully once you guys fix it, if you fix it, you will extend the event the number of days that the problem persisted. I would be fine with that.

Well i haven't had one issue as of yet on Reni for my turns in on all my alts, hope it stays like this ;-) TYVM for the great event

I DID count correctly the first time. I only got 12 black bars when you should get a minimum of 14. So I'm 2 black bars short. So my initial statement holds true, one of the mini-bosses on boss 2 did NOT drop any black bars at all. It was Snow Blake if that matters, if anyone else runs into a similar scenario

My alts that were bugged yesterday were able to turn the black bars in today. But my main, who was fine yesterday, is bugged today.

EDIT: NVM I didn't remember I put my black bars in my bank /wrists *walks away in shame*

My main was fine yesterday and most of my alts were bugged. Today the ones that didn't work yesterday worked fine but my main can't get the pulls. Yes I have black bars, the times left for the day says 0 even though I never pulled on this character today.

When did you turn in on your main yesterday? If you turned in on your main after midnight Pacific Time, then you would be unable to turn in today. That would be 1 AM Mountain Time, 2 AM Central Time, and 3 AM Eastern Time.
