old player coming back to give you more of my money

now that I have your attention...I am trying to get main account password reset but cannot remember the account name, and since I have more than one account attached to one email it wont even let me open a ticket without the username to specify what account I am talking about...please help...PM me with what I am to do

Make sure to use the same email as the email your game accounts are linked to.

yeah it won't even let me create an account with the same email, since I already have a an account with this. I am starting to remember why I quit playing...I am going to give this 12 more hours...then I am off to another game if it cant be resolved.

let me detail it out;
1. can't remember my main account user name
2. I have an alt account seems both be on same email
3. it asks for account name (wont take email) to get customer support
4. it won't let me create a new account just for customer support as it sees the email already has an account
5. I can log into my alt account fine and look at guild roster to see my other toons
6. since I have made a few attempts to recover passwords now it has looked me out from even attempting (which is weird it sees that but wont let me submit a ticket in the first place, now it just wont let me submit cause it recognizes my email has been used to reset passwords too often?? with)
7. I emailed the info email addy (not sure if it is setup to receive email) looking for help also
8. even posted on FB, got no response

http://support.us.runesofmagic.gameforge.com is the support website. Unless you already made a support account there, then it should let you make a support account with your email. If you did already make the support account, then you can log in with your email on the support website. Support's email/account database is not linked to the account database for RoM.
