Updater.exe AVG removed it

Hi guys, i am so upset at myself right now, i was just about to get on RoM and me with my crazyself i have super fast reflexes,
and ended up quarantining updater.exe, r ight after you guys helped me out with the game to get curse working again now this!!
ugh.. I've searched google for RoM Updater.exe man i tell you AVG always detect the wrong files, the ones it needs to take care of
it never does!

Oh god i hope i dont have to reinstall the game again

This is weird, my clientupdate is there, when i click on any runes of magic executable file, nothing happens guys,
i looked in the virus vault and nothing is in there wish i really knew what happened, it sucks having fast reflexes
sometime... :'(

Idk what's happening, but maybe you can fiND the RoM client's process file as it sometimes gets stuck open. Or try a computer restart.

AVG (and all other anti-virus services) should have a 'remove from quarantine' feature. That's why it's called a quarantine and not a shredder. If the problem really truly is that your AVG ate the file, make it cough up and press on.

See also: AVG is terrible. Get Malwarebytes instead.

On top of what Heron said - remember that you can always whitelist the entire RoM folder to avoid this from happening again.
