Are you able to log into the USA website with the same information?

Also, make sure you set the RoM client to the USA region (this client is the one with the large Play! button on it and opens after you choose to play rom through the GF Live client). The GF Live Client does not affect which region RoM opens into.

I made sure to register a whole new account on the US site and made sure my launcher was US. I can't even log in to support!!!!!! The only reason Im on the forums is because when I created the new account it kept me logged in! What's the deal? Keeps saying no existing account. But obviously it exists cause Im here typing. And yes, I have checked my email and confirmed registration.

just try and set the region to eu and see if you can login there,i suspect that some are registering on the .eu rather than the .us site.

The forums accounts aren't attached to the game accounts. One can register and post on forums but never register for a game account. Same applies to support. They're three separate systems that don't talk to each other. Similarly, the two halves of the website (where you register a new game account) -barely- talk to each other, just enough to be sure there's no duplication of email addresses anywhere.

By contrast, the game launcher is universal: the same client is downloaded from any/all regions. The difference in reaching Eu or US servers is the region setting. Frustratingly, changing the region on the gameforge live launcher does not change the region on the client launcher. Many people come to the forums convinced they've got the settings right, but are mistaken. This might be the case for you. Consider setting up a new support account under the same email you used to create your game account so we can troubleshoot further through tickets.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried both the U.S. and The E.U. servers and so far no luck. I keep getting an error message telling me my username or password is incorrect. I even tried changing the password and still nothing. I'm thinking about trying a different game as I've been trying to play this one for almost 12 hours now and I haven't been able to.

Have you been changing the regions settings on the GF Live client or on the actual Runes of Magic client? The GF Live client does not change the RoM settings at all.
