Everything, Literally everything is wrong.

Tried to log in with an old account, Suspended.

Tried to contact support on said account, no support account?

Register and send a ticket, in the mean time try to make a new account to actually PLAY the game.

Try to log in, Account error, do a bit of reading and change location.

Try to ask on forum, NO ACCOUNT.

So here I am, literally everything about this experience has been tedious or just awful, Maybe there's a setting I'm missing, or maybe I did something wrong but this seems to be needlessly complicated, I am logged into the USA part of the site (Despite being canadian.) And I set to play the US version of Runes of Magic, but I'm still getting the same error, I really just wanted to play this game and see if it's something worth playing but I'm losing heart at an alarming speed.

Oh and this is after a 15 hour download, and 4 hour patching.

Let's go in order:

With your old account, it was probably suspended due to inactivity to prevent people from hacking it. Support can fix that issue.

Support does not use the same account database as the Runes of Magic game, therefore, you need to register at support using the same email you used for your Runes of Magic account. If you no longer have access to that email, you can create a support account using a different email which your Runes of Magic account will then be switched to after they ask you enough questions that they can verify you are the account holder.

When changing the location, did you change it in Gameforge Live, or on the actual Runes of Magic client? Gameforge Live does not do anything to the Runes of Magic client, so you need to change the Region/Language on the actual Runes of Magic client (this is located in the bottom left corner of the client).

Forum doesn't use the same account database as your Runes of Magic account. You need to create a forum account in order to post, like you just did.
