If anyone could shine some light upon my problem that would be grateful.
I just bought a Asus ROG Series G751JT Gaming Laptop
Specs are as followed:
Intel Core i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz
16gb of ram
GeForce GTX 970
My internet speed is really good and I'm on connected through a cable, ran a internet speed test

When I play Runes of magic i have about 78 ping on average when its running good, but jumps up to 200ms randomly and my skills take a few secs to go off.
Also when I run a voice chatting service like Raidcall my ping on game jumps to 1000ms+ and is unplayable.
Fortunately Runes of magic is the only game that has problem with ping while all others like ESO, and other mmo's run perfectly.
Ive tried reinstalling runes of magic competely and installed it again,
I am not using wi-fi, and my internet speed is perfect,
Ive tried to change the priority of Runes of magic to use more bandwith if needed, but didnt help.
My old laptop right beside me can run it with no ping issues with mutiple accounts and Raidcall running.
Ive also used Netlimter to limit the amount of bandwith other applications use yet runes of magic still has high ping.
If anyone has any idea why this specific brand new laptop would have this problem, any advice on what to do or need more information than what i have given. Thank you.

High ping and delays in game
