Can't Log in
I very recently made an account and downloaded the game, but are unable to actually get into the game itself.
I've tried everything from changing the account password to restarting my own computer.
I'm absolutely sure I've typed in the username and password in correctly but all i get is " Account or Password error"
I was really hoping to play the game but this is a little disheartening...
When opening the Runes of Magic client (not the Gameforge Live client), there should be a Region/Language button about 2 or 3 buttons to the right of the circular PLAY! button in the bottom left corner. Make sure it's set to US/EN. It's default from a brand new install is EU/EN, which uses a seperate account database than the US servers.

No problem! Have fun in the world of RoM! The low level zones may seem a little empty on most servers because most players don't hang out in the starter zones.
