Character didn't transfer

Hi,

I haven't played RoM in a while so I could focus and finish my master's degree. I tried loggin in today and all my characters still exist but they are not merged to the new server. Anything can be done so I don't loose my characters?

Please open a ticket at Customer Support and be sure to state your account name so that the matter can be looked into.

Any info on this yet? I have same problem I think. 5 days no responce on the ticket I made. :dash:
