"Your version is different from server, please update your version" after installing today's patch.

After patching today, when I try to log in it says "Your version is different from server, please update your version" after installing today's patch.
There was a "other.exe" that could not be found while it was patching.

Never heard of other.exe, but here is link to patch. Sometimes the patch fails to update config files and needs to be run again.
