Hello everyone! I am new and this one is my first post...

When I was trying to install the game, I was getting a message saying: "The filename directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect" and I couldn't complete the install. Solving this problem is easy.

Follow these simple steps:
  1. Find where your Runes Of Magic "ROMsetup.exe" is. ( Mine was here: C:\Users\����\Downloads\Gameforge Live\RunesOfMagicSetup )
  2. Copy the "RunesOfMagicSetup" folder.
  3. Paste it in a different location. ( I pasted it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\GameforgeLive )
  4. Run ROMsetup.exe
  5. Play the game !

Personally, I'd put it in C:\Program Files (x86) instead of C:\Program FIles (x86)\GameforgeLive because GF Live is pretty terrible tbh xDOnly reason I wouldn't is if not putting it in the GF Live folder messes up your fix.
