Banned!?

I just got an email stating that I was just banned permanently by a GM <edited>? I haven't been logged in for a few days. Yes, I have sent a ticket in to support, but I'm mad as heck. A little bit of explanation would be nice. :mad: I've been playing this game for a very long time and have spent a lot of money. You want me gone, fine, but don't use some BS excuse saying I did something wrong.

Can a GM pm me and explain to me what happened? Thanks
