ive tried manual patching the game and it wont work i keep getting that main.nut "version" does not exsist thing what am i doing wrong? or how can i solve this so i can actually play

if you have gone back a few patches and repatching doesnt work, you may have to reinstall the game from scratch.

the same place you put all patches, in the runes of magic folder you installed the game to.

By default 32bit OS

c:\program files\runes of magic

By default 64bit OS

c:\program files (x86)\runes of magic

Could you possibly upload the file to a different site? That one is giving me problems, the dl keeps freezing up after I get to around 100MB.

i have a rather slow PC, this is how it installs the patch. the game in fact uses your temp folder to install itself, it copies over the FDB files one at a time from your game folder, patches it, then copies it back, it take a while when the file is huge. It took my old Pc near 30min to install patch once it was downloaded.
