Reni and Osha and Palenque servers down

Approximately 20 minutes ago the server for Reni crashed. I hope this will be fixed soon. We had an 11 hour maint off scheduled and now crash before many of us get the chance to get going. :eek:

Love the relative quantifier "soon" You have the "soon" as in "Dinner will be ready soon, go wash up." Not immediately but, prior to the food spoiling. Then you have the "soon" as in "Windows will have a stable release soon." denoting expectation without any real fixed time frame. Should I forget about gaming today, this week, this month? Just wanting to get a grasp of expectations.

This is all part of the "Trick or Treat" event......You get "Treat"ed into the awesome EXP/TP event, then "Trick"ed by not being able to participate in it.

*failed attempt of sarcasm humor*

But seriously, no one can predict when stuff like this happens. However, having this event given back to the three servers on another day/weekend (only) is feasible. Doing so will show real care towards your valued customers (which are all of us)

Ok, so looking past whatever stupid reason prevents you from prolonging the event, you can still give 1 free daily reset ticket out so the rest of us that didn't get to do our dailies can still do them during the high xp event. I don't think it's too much to ask.

Could you at least put again for 1 day the exchanges NPC's in Varanas channel 1? Please?
Cause, well, I know I'm not the only one who wanted to trade with them yesterday night and couldnt cause of the server crash.

That, the dailies reset, the Exp/TP day, are just the little things that you really could do and make really better our experience as player. A server crash can always happen, and it's ok, but will be nice if that dont take to players some opportunities (I'm not really sure if I will be able to exchange "frog potions" for "golden eggs" anymore, for example? And I was saving them for trading latter yesterday night, but... Plop!). :D

Thanks for reading and hope you'r going to think about those little things who can make players happy for such little things ^^

No. The reason you could not trade with the NPCs is not because of server crashes but because the exchange event was scheduled to end with the maintenance. There were no NPCs to trade with on any server yesterday.

Talking about the maint, I have just a little question, and even if it is not related to the servers crachs... well, I ask anyways ^^
The new brooms that are in shop (the 2 players ones), seems a lil' bugged. The description is not entirely available (for speed for example) and visually, they look just the same. Is that gonna be fixed? Or if not, can we just have an official certitude that the "Demon one" is indeed the Demon one, and the Pumpkin one too ?
I mean, even if they look the same in the shop, if I buy the "Little Demon - 2 players", it's gonna have the wings and blabla ?


It's maybe a little stupid as question, but they cost a lot of Dias for not having exactly the broom you wanted to have ^^
