No XP/TP given on quest completion

On Govinda server, I just completed the quest "Given a Surveyor" in the Sarlo zone and I received zero xp or tp upon completion. On the quest immediately before "The Stubborn Surveyor" I received 3,663,900 xp and 122,130 tp. Please check this.

Confirmed for this quest, as well, the quest description doesn't state that you would get any. However, the following quest has that again, so you should get exp for the following ones.

Double WOW - 1. How bizarre no xp/tp for that quest and 2. What a fast response! :D

I did do the next one and did receive xp/tp for it. I was afraid I was going to be stuck if the server was bugging out. Thank you very much for answering so quickly!
