Bad Lag on Osha

Bad lag on everything I have done so far. When zoning, it goes to zoning screen, then it shows where I was and then quickly shows me where I am now. When I was moving items around in my pack, it took an extra second for it to move. When I was making potions with my housekeepers, I had to wait 5 to 10 seconds before they would appear in my pack. While fighting a monster, I couldn't fight it because it had already moved away when I targeted it. When I tried to open the mailbox, nothing happened, then I clicked on it 2 more times and it finally opened and I got 2 messages telling me " close the mailbox interface". And it isn't just me, others are complaining about it too.
