2nd password not working after server merge

Hello all!

If you find that after the server merges you cannot log into your account past the secondary password, then you either 1) need to use your Artemis secondary password (if Mithras) or your Govinda secondary password (if Erebos) OR 2) need to reset your secondary password using the US RoM website.

If you choose 2), log in with your account name and primary password and choose the 'reset secondary password' button. Then log in to your game client as normal to set new secondary password(s).

Server Merge Mishap

Thank you for the breakdown on what to do with secondary passwords.....question though, since I can see all of my chars on the main screen behind the secondary password, who do I contact to let them know I have an unwanted character that was added to my account? A level 3 character to be exact.

I don't appreciate some strangers character on my account. I would delete it, but currently cannot reset secondary password to have the ability.

Are you sure it's not an old alt you forgot about that you put on a different server?

The thing to do is to reset your secondary password and then delete it yourself. Use the US RoM website to do it.
