Start up error

"Crash Report

A critical error has occurred and the game will be shut down. Please use the button below to send an error report to Runewaker. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous. "

Me and my buddy are trying to play again after ages of being gone, he got this error and we have tried many things and can't figure it out. Please help! Sorry if this is in the wrong post section... I have his specs if needed just let me know, thanks!

The first problem is a processor which is far too slow to run Runes of Magic. What is this machine, a netbook?



The second problem is insufficient system RAM.

RAM is fine. I ran 4 clients with 4gb RAM on my old machine. CPU is way too slow though.

it also looks like they are dedicating ~2gb of their memory to video memory, that should probably be cut to 512mb or less. Your operating system is going to need it far more than any graphical program ever will.

That processor is on the extremely low end, even by the 2013 standards when it was released.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.
