Zones not opening - Mithras

I couldn't get into the cave of trials with a low lvl character that I made but I gave it no importance. Today, I was trying to get in the Fireboot Fortress with my main character and coundn't get in as well. I haven't tried in other instances and I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem, but I would like to know if there is a way to fix it, I got not much time to play and this is retaining me from playing since I need to get there for quests :/ Hope that someone can help me. And sorry for my english :P
