Battlelines on the brink

I have tried everything that I could to complete this quest got all complete except the part where I am supposed to assist captain gessart no matter how many times I help him the quest never completes. as this is part of the main quest line I need help please.
some people have said to try various things and I did try them, to no avail the quest is broke.
I thought mabey their would be a daily to help complete it but nope. I do thank all in advance for the help on this, untill this is resolved ill be doing normal quests to keep the lvls rolling :)

as per a GM I was informed the scripts are broken and will be taken care of soon, so if your having the same problem hold on fix is coming most likely after the new yea but it is coming :)

Bloody battlefield is the most bugged area in ROM. Unfortunately, you will probably have to wait until maintenance for it to be fixed so you will miss a few days of double xp. I suggest you do the quests in that chain first thing when you sign on because there have been times in the past when the quests would get bugged again soon after some people are able to complete them.

GMs have been restarting Chrysalia occasionally on requests. Well, not GMs, it has to be done by IT, but GMs can forward request to IT. Unfortunately, with this being Christmas weekend, it is likely to take longer if done at all.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Mithras has this same problem again. It would be nice if we didnt have to wait for server reset and get to make the most of current xp/tp event.

so Chrysalia zone reset/restart would be awesome.. pls & ty

If the issue with the scripts comes in a day or two before maintenance we typically will not awaken the sysadmins just for a single zone restart unless there are more serious issues like an entire process or zone crash. The maintenance WILL fix the issue so the quests can be completed again.

Meanwhile we continue to push the issue to Runewaker for a more permanent fix.
