Secondary Password

The game is not recognizing my secondary password. I have tried to reset it, but on my account info on the webpage says reset, but there is no info of what is was reset to or giving me the option of setting it.

After reset log in to game and it will ask you to set a new one

Please be aware that all secondary passwords have been reset and thus need to be reassigned for every server.

I have no problem reset the main password. When I go to my account, secondary password and have it I get the link my email. The link takes me back to the website, account, secondary password and only says password reset. I logged in and nothing about setting new password. I go to log into the server and it ask for secondary password. nothing about changing. and it will not accept. Is the servers down? I am on Mithras. After I put a secondary password in, the programs says obtaining server and then I get the wrong username or password message.

the game should prompt you to make a new secondary password after resetting it on website if you still can't login please contact support and we will take a look
