Accounts lost ?

I have just reinstalled us ROM after having to do a reset of my PC, (thank you Windows 10) and while it seems I can get into this site, none of my accounts are recognized on the launcher. Is it related to the current server issues, or do I need to do something else?

done before first try, unless the actual download itself is region related?

Download is exact same for EU and US, so when the game is installed, it doesn't know where you want to play, and it defaults to EU. So, Region/Language on launcher have to be set to US.

I presume you are a recent player and not the returning from pre-merge days one. Is that correct?

If only I could. IT keeps telling me info is incorrect, even after I apply for a new password and use that exact information and the silly captcha. I cannot access support either.

So, last night I reinstalled the game from start, and now I get an error:

Game executable not found.

Managed to get ticket sent. Reinstalled again, got the launcher to open, still not logging in. Will see what Support has to say *sigh*
